At the moment we have a waiting list to join WWYSA, but the list is not too large, so it is worth putting your child's name down for a place.

Please download & print the waiting list application form here and send it to the address on the form.  We have to hold a signed document to add you to the list. 

As we are a charity we are able to claim Gift Aid on any fees you pay. We  ask that if you are a UK taxpayer please download and complete the Gift Aid paperwork so that we are able to claim back the tax on your fees.
